Using Aguilar's dual ceramic bar design, these pickups introduce a new and unique voice for Jazz style basses. These passive, hum-cancelling pickups are engineered to deliver higher output versus traditional passive pickups and are characterized by their full-bodied tone, rich sustain, and even dynamic response. A great choice for any player looking for a new dimension in sound.

Aguilar’s more modern offering in the Jazz shape has a very even tone. There is a nice focus in the low mids, and a general warmth that most players will find pleasant. We enjoyed the sweet spot of the 50/50 neck/bridge blend quite a bit while testing. Bridge pickup stays even and doesn’t get snarky like some bridge pickups can.
