50k Push-pull EQ pots

Bought 3 of these to replace the eq pots in my Dingwall Combustion to implement the voicing switches of the individual pickups (the individual series/parallel voicing toggle-switches that come standard on the Canadian models), but without the need to drill new holes.
The pots will fit the existing holes on the bass, but it is a very tight fit!
They will work for both a Darkglass Tone Capsule (stock on an NG), and for the EMG B30EQ (that was stock in my Combustion), but the latter would need soldering in the board. Definitely easier if you have the tone capsule.

Regarding the mod itself and how it turned out: the new possible combinations are great to expand on slight tonal variations, especially if paired up with a 6-way rotary switch mod.
However, Dingwall did an excellent job on figuring out what to hardwire as defaults on a stock instrument. The new options will not a include a "this is best and beats all else" kind of hidden jewel setting.
Verdict: If soldering is no problem for you and you're qualified with wiring and know how to wire these in, then it's a very highly recommended upgrade, definitely worth the time.
If you don't know how to solder or if you don't know how to wire a parallel/series switch, then don't sweat this - you're not missing out on much by just skipping this mod. Your instrument already has the best settings.
