Always confident and happy with quality when I purchase from FBT!!

i absolutely adore these pots. i am primarily a bass player and have purchased countless passive wiring harnesses from FBT because everything about them are high quality and at a great price. I recently decided to branch out from my low end ways and get a guitar to have for home recordings. when the guitar came it had cheap electronics, so my first order of business was to come to FBT to see if they had a harness for my needs. They did not, so i did the next best thing and purchased the pots directly from them for my project. These pots really are just the best! these things are so dang smooth. the turn has the perfect amount of resistance, and they hold up incredibly well. Im glad FBT offers them because idk anywhere else you can get these. These are the best, buy them!

This review is actually for the original order of 2 Bartolini bass pickups as well as the proper center-detent pots for a LONG out of production Bartolini 3 band preamp. I was building up a long derelict Ibanez Musician bass from 1979 and found the preamp in the case pocket. And found that the guy at Fat Bass was familiar with the preamp AND HAD ALL THE TOTALLY UNIQUE TO BARTOLINI PARTS. I am pretty sure the only other human with those qualifications is the founder of Bartolini, and he has shuffled off this mortal coil. KUDOS. Happy to support an actual small company consisting of people who know what they are doing; and frankly, are not part of a giant Chinese conglomerate.
One pot was bad and they immediately sent out a replacement with no screwing around.
Bass sounds great by the way. This version made from '78 to '81, pretty remarkable. Two pieces of steel inlaid under the fretboard to eliminate dead spots.

A competent preamp. Low noise

The guys at Fat Bass Tone helped me out by explaining the different potentiometers available and then by sending diagrams for the wiring. Beyond the call of duty, they’re always a pleasure to do business with.
