The Trickfish L112 is a lightweight 1x12 bass cabinet designed to deliver the rich, deep, responsive character of Trickfish's acclaimed TF112 in a significantly more portable L Series enclosure. A 12" Lavoce neodymium driver provides 400 watts AES of power handling, while the complete cabinet weighs just 29 lbs. With an 8-ohm impedance and compact 15" x 19" x 18" footprint, the L112 is an appealing choice for players who want a serious full-size 1x12 without hauling a heavy cabinet to every rehearsal or gig.
Unlike the other current L Series cabinets, the L112 retains the rotary high-frequency attenuator used in Trickfish's original TF Series. Rather than choosing between preset tweeter positions, the rotary control lets you continuously adjust the cabinet's high-frequency response to suit your instrument, playing style, and room. An HF driver with an 80° conical horn, 43Hz–20kHz frequency response, Italian Poplar construction, Baltic Birch baffle, and road-ready hardware round out a compact cabinet designed around portability without giving up the depth and punch that made the original TF112 popular.
The L112 makes sense for players who want more from a single 12-inch cabinet without moving all the way to a larger multi-driver enclosure. Its 400-watt AES rating gives it substantial power handling for a 1x12, while the 29 lb cabinet remains easy to move between rehearsals, gigs, and sessions.
The rotary high-frequency attenuator is also a meaningful distinction within the L Series. It gives you continuous control over the HF driver's contribution, making it easy to dial the top end back for a warmer response or bring in more high-frequency detail when your instrument and playing style call for it.
