These guys are great to work with. I rebuild a bass and ordered most of my part from them. I mistakenly thought a part hadnt shipped so I contacted them. They answered right away and you can tell they were concerned. Turns out the part has already been delivered. That's customer service you just don't get anymore. Will definitely use them for any other projects I have.

I ordered some bass control knobs and the arrived fast and well packed. There was a manufacturing that was purely cosmetic not Fat Bass Tones fault. They immediately replaced the faulty product which arrived swiftly. Very happy with the products and also the friendly service.

I live in the UK and have supreme confidence when ordering overseas from these guys. Their speedy communication and willingness to help customers is second to none. My bass is fitted with two of their products and I’m waiting to install another product on another bass guitar.

My only regret is not discovering Fat Bass Tone sooner!
