Awesome sounding pickups

Best pickups!!

I had some very specific needs as bass mod had non std narrow string spacing on a5 string.
Worked through what I wanted tonally and shape wise and was recommended these wonderful Delano pickups by Max at Fat Bass Tone.
Couldn’t be more stoked.
First the build quality was amazing! German engineering excellence.
I wanted to run these as std J bass passive wiring and blown away by the huge range of tone in each pickup just by dialing up or down the treble, yet not brittle or muddy at both ends of the scale.

These pickups sound great!

I put these in my old Ibanez fretless 6 string bass and they sound great. They added more flexibility than the original pickups and with the "Steve Bailey Fundamental Fretless Tone Circuits" installed it is now a truly impressive and expressive instrument (it was pretty good before).

Great pickups

I put these in a Ibanez BTB 405 5 string. The stock pickups were ok. They were really a little muddy when I’m a band mix. Enter the Delano pickups! All the clarity, punch, and low end a BassPlayer would want! This bass is on par with the $3k and up basses! I highly recommend these pickups to the player looking for pickups to take their bass to not the next level but the best level!
