I bought a Darkglass preamp for my Ibanez bass, however after installation, the preamp didn't work. I spoke to Max and he was able to send me another one, no questions asked.
The bass now growls like a monster.

Was wanting to rebuild and update a Kiesel Bass I had just purchased. Found Fat Bass and reached out to them for help. Their customer service was great and very helpful. I ended up buying a custom configured Darkglass preamp with a different configuration as far as knobs. I had them prewire the whole setup to make for an easier install on my end. Wiring was very clean and very straight forward for me to complete the install. Once installed, I had a problem with the blend pot not working properly. I reached out and explained my issue, They immediately sent out a pre wired replacement pot. I swapped that one out and everything is rocking!!! Highly recommend Fat Bass for anything you need in the Bass world!!
