Think of all the best characteristics of a P-Bass, carry that image over to the Mustang, snicker in disbelief that such a bass could ever deliver a viable excuse for massive tone—turn the amp on, feel the power, and let your fingers rage with the guilt of not having faith in the NM4’s outrageously provocative punch. The NM4 will provide true-blood vintage tone that simulates all the best aspects of the standard P with an added dimension of darkened mids and an aggressive grind.

The NM4 was created for the sole purpose of providing players with a replacement Mustang pickup. With Nordstrand's proprietary angled pole piece technology, these pickups provide everything you love about Mustangs with — if you can imagine it—additional output and stylistic umph.
