The 4P-Hot is a thick sounding pickup with a very ‘direct’ and somewhat dry tone which many players will find pleasing. With a bit of top end roll-off, this Precision Bass® pickup delivers full tone with warm midrange and very direct lows. This pickup is a solid choice in most genres and in musical contexts where a player does not need a sparkling top end. Output is towards the front of the P bass pack, and this pickup is very at home in rock.
