WHAT IS THE TONE OF THE LECOMPTE CROOKED J SPLIT COIL BASS PICKUP SET?

LeCompte’s split coil version of the Crooked J pickups are tight and defined. They are even, with just a touch of darkness. A nice hum-cancelling pickup set.
