Lollar's blade-style pickup for J-Bass produces a tight, responsive low end, full and lively midrange, and brilliant clear highs without being harsh. Notes are crisp and well defined even when downtuned, overdriven, or run through effects. Their B.S. J-Bass pickup is equally at home with jazz or funk sounds as it is with modern punchiness and "lead bass" voices, cutting through a mix while never dominating it.
OPEN BOX DEMO ITEM: There is one unit which was opened and installed exclusively for the purpose of making demo videos. This pickup was installed for less than thirty minutes here at the Fat Bass Tone shop.
**Sorry international bassists, but US Dealers are not authorized to ship Lollar pickups outside of the US, Canada & Mexico.

Lollar’s blade style jazz are a controlled, warm pickup. They are slightly dark, with some top end roll off. Great sounding pickup set that would warm up a J bass that has an overly bright maple fingerboard.
Put on a good set of headphones and check out the audio demo below to hear it for yourself.
