Similar in tone to the original late-‘50s split-coil P-Bass® pickups, Lollar's Split Coil P-Bass offers high-mids that cut through the mix. You get an open top end with plenty of note attack, presence and clarity, with defined sub- and low-end frequencies.

Lollar’s standard P bass pickups is a classic 60’s P bass pickup…Lots of range, with a pillowy bottom end, while still being punchy and clear. There is present top end a lot range. It has a nice round tone without being hollow.

This pickup is BIG! It is truly a hot P, and a very well done hot P at that. Big, warm, muscular. Solid punch in the low mids without being overwhelming.
